The Main Lodge has six small rooms, five with two twin beds and a small bath with a shower. Main Lodge 1 has a queen bed. Downstairs there is a large, comfortable living room with a fieldstone fireplace and a large covered porch which is connected to the dining room, both with great views of Elk Lake and the surrounding mountains. The Main Lodge is a stone's throw from the boat dock and beach.

Little Tom Cottage is conveniently located within sight of the boat dock, beach and Main Lodge. The covered porch is just off the water, affording views of the High Peaks and Elk Lake's many islands. The cottage has a small living room, an adjoining bedroom, with two twin beds and a small bathroom with a shower.

Big Tom Cottage is located on a hill over-looking the boat dock, beach and the Main Lodge. Views of Elk Lake, the High Peaks and the branch river are available right outside your door. The covered porch leads to a vaulted ceiling siting room with a beautiful floor to ceiling field stone fire place. There are two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

Marcy Cottage is located just over the bridge and is an easy three minute walk to Elk Lake and the Main Lodge. The cottage has a large porch with views of the High Peaks and Elk Lake. Inside there is a large open living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Windfall Cottage is located at the beginning of Elk Lake's West Shore trail system and is a five minute woods walk from Elk Lake and the Main Lodge. The Cottage has a large porch just off the lake with views of the High Peaks and Elk Lake's coves and islands. This cottage has a large open living room, large sliding glass doors to the porch and a fire place. There are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Cornelia Cottage is located a few minute's walk from Elk Lake and the Main Lodge by an easy woods trail and has views of Elk Lake and the High Peaks from its raised porch. The Cottage has an open sitting room with a field stone fire place and a bedroom with two double beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

Description Little Darling, located next to Big Darling and just a five minute woods walk from Elk Lake and the Main Lodge, has a comfortable covered porch. This log cottage has a large living room with a bathroom and shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with two twin beds and one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. here

Big Darling sits atop a wooded hill which provides excellent views of the High Peaks and Elk Lake and is a short five minute walk from the Main Lodge by an easy woods trail. The lodge can accommodate a large group of eight people or can be set up as three separate units, one downstairs and two upstairs. Big Darling 1, which is on the main floor has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower. The downstairs has a large covered porch.

Big Darling Suites 1 and 2, which are upstairs, both have a bedroom with a queen bed, a bath with a shower and a sitting room with a walk out deck.

Hadley Cottage is located near the Main Lodge and has a large front porch just off the lake with views of Nippletop and the Colvin Range. It has three bedrooms, two with two twin beds and one with two double beds. There are two bathrooms, both with a bathtub and shower. Hadley Cottage has a large living room with an open log rafter ceiling and field stone fireplace.
