Meals are served in the dining room of the main lodge. Guests dine at tables arranged around a central fireplace overlooking Elk Lake and its panoramic views of the Adirondack High Peaks. Service includes a hearty breakfast of eggs and French toast or pancakes, a trail lunch chosen by each guest from a lunch card the night before, and a satisfying dinner of soup, salad, and a choice of three entrees, plus a delicious dessert. Locally sourced ingredients are used in season.
Vegetarian, children's choices and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice prior to arrival.
A selection of wine and beer is available for sale.
Tea and pastries are served each afternoon, followed by cheese and crackers at cocktail hour.
With incredible views and hearty meals, guests will leave the dining room ready for the next adventure awaiting their Adirondack wilderness experience.

This is more than a meal, it’s a thoughtfully curated experience designed to help you slow down, unplug, and fully connect with your surroundings.
Guests are invited to arrive at 4:30 PM, giving you time to explore our private preserve before dinner begins at 6:00 PM. Wander along the peaceful shoreline, take in the untouched lake views, or simply relax and ease into the natural rhythm of the evening.
