Allow the serenity of the spectacular view to calm and center you while we focus on the mind and body through a flow of yogic breathing, stretching and movement.
Yoga instructor, Robin Shaver has been a student of yoga for 17 years and teaching for over a decade. She is a student of Bhakti Yoga; her most recent yoga training includes going directly to the Motherland of India to experience the depths and diversifications of all it's practices.
