Forest Bathing immerses you in the sights, sounds, scents and textures of the forest. Feel yourself more mindful and present without effort. Your guide is there to open the door. Gentle direction and guided sensory activities give you the space to enjoy your own personal experience, to explore and to adapt in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
This Forest Bathing walk will be led on gentle terrain, by Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, Helene Gibbens. Helene is also a Licensed NY State Hiking Guide. A wellness educator for over 20 years, she has a passion for sharing practices that create wellbeing for people and for nature.
This practice is free to our guests and will take place on the first Tuesday of the month from July until October (7/7, 8/4, 9/1, 10/6).
